What we build, and what we do not
We build small, fast sites for local businesses: a few pages, written properly, with the SEO structure done from the start rather than bolted on later. No page builders that load half a megabyte of code before the first word appears.
We do not build online shops with a thousand products, booking platforms or anything that needs a development team behind it. If that is what you need, we will tell you and point you somewhere else, because doing it badly would cost you more than not doing it.
The site is yours: the domain, the hosting and the files. If one day you leave, you take it with you. That is not generosity, it is the only arrangement that is fair.

A basic site can be ready in a few days. Larger projects usually take two to four weeks, depending on how long the content takes. The price depends on the number of pages and the amount of content, not on luck.
How we build it, step by step
1 · We ask what the site is for
Not what you want it to look like: what you need it to do. Get phone calls, take bookings, explain a service that people misunderstand. Everything after this depends on that answer.
2 · Structure and copy
One page per service, because that is how Google reads a site and how a customer looks for one. We write the text from a conversation with you, in Spanish and English if you need both.
3 · Build
No page builder loading half a megabyte before the first word. Real photographs of your business where we have them, and the WhatsApp button and the form tested before anybody sees the site.
4 · Adjustments
Through the first month, at no extra cost. Sites always need a second pass once the owner has used it for a fortnight.
Why speed is not a technical detail on this coast
A lot of your customers look you up on a phone, outdoors, on a connection that is fighting with twenty thousand other phones in August. A site that takes four seconds to show anything loses a good share of them before the first word appears, and they do not come back to try again.
That is the main reason we do not use the heavy page builders. They are convenient to build with and expensive to load, and the cost is paid by the visitor, not by the agency. Our own site’s home page weighs about 142 KB of HTML and loads no web fonts at all — you can check it yourself with any speed tool.
The second reason is Google: page speed is a ranking signal, and on a site with five pages it is one of the few technical levers that actually moves.
A website in two languages, done properly
On this coast a Spanish-only site is talking to half the market, and a machine-translated one is worse than none: it tells an English reader that you did not think they were worth the effort.
What we do is write both versions. Same design, same structure, each language written rather than passed through a translator. The site declares which language each page is in and tells Google that the two are the same page in different languages, so neither competes with the other.
If your customers are mainly Dutch, Belgian or German, say so before we start: those languages we arrange with a translator who speaks them, and it changes the quote.
The website is not the first thing everybody needs
If nobody can find you at all, a new website will not change that on its own. The Google listing is what appears on the map, it works without a website and it costs 150 € + VAT a month. Plenty of businesses on this coast need that first and a site six months later.
We will tell you which of the two you need, and if the answer is the cheaper one, that is the one we will recommend. The prices of both are published, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

Frequently asked questions about web design
How long does a website take?
A single page can be ready in a few days once we have the content. Five or ten pages is usually two to four weeks, and the part that takes longest is almost always waiting for photographs and text from your side.
Can you make it fast if I already have hosting?
Usually yes, and if your hosting is the problem we will say so with numbers rather than push you to change for the sake of it. The site is built to be light either way.
Do I need an online shop?
Most local businesses on this coast do not, and a shop nobody buys from costs money every month to keep safe and updated. If you genuinely need one, we will tell you and point you to somebody who builds them properly.
Who writes the text?
We do, from a conversation with you. You correct it before anything is published. What we will not do is fill the pages with placeholder text and leave you to sort it out.
Do I pay monthly for the website?
No. It is a one-off. Ongoing maintenance is included in the Complete and Pro packs, but the site itself is paid for once and it is yours.
Can you make it in English and Spanish?
Yes, and on this coast it usually pays for itself. Both versions are written, not machine-translated.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Sometimes. If it is built on something reasonable and the problem is speed, structure or copy, fixing is cheaper than rebuilding. If it is a page builder carrying five megabytes, rebuilding is cheaper. We will tell you honestly which one it is.
Who owns the domain and the hosting?
You do, in your name. We will set it up for you if you do not have it, but it goes in your name from day one.
