Social media: 8, 10 or 12 posts a month, filmed at your place
Posting for the sake of posting is noise. We come to your business once a month, film what actually happens there and publish it. No stock photos and no quotes on a sunset.
Inside the Profile and social pack (550 €), the Complete (950 €) and the Pro (1,500 €), or on its own.
What this is for, and what it is not for
Social media will not fill your restaurant on a Tuesday in February by itself. What it does is make you look like a business that is open, busy and run by people, which is what somebody checks before deciding to come. It also does something local SEO cannot: it shows what the place feels like.
If what you need first is to be found at all, we will send you to local SEO instead, which costs a lot less. We would rather say that now than take 950 € a month from you for the wrong thing.

What you get every month
8, 10 or 12 posts a month
Depending on the pack, with the design and the copy done here. How many are video and how many are photographs is decided by the month’s calendar, not by a fixed quota. Stories are on top of that number, in both packs.
One filming session a month
We come to your premises and film. Both packs include it; the drone is what the Pro adds. It is the one thing that stops your account looking like everybody else’s.
Copy that sounds like you
Written from your words and the questions your customers actually ask at the counter. If your account reads like a brochure, people scroll past.
Calendar and publishing
We publish, on the days and at the times your people are looking. You can approve it first if you want to, or not think about it at all.
Comments and messages
We answer what comes in through Instagram and Facebook. That is where half the customers are lost: somebody asks the price on a Sunday and nobody replies.
A monthly look at the numbers
What worked, what did not, and what we are changing next month. One page.
Which networks, and why not all of them
Instagram and Facebook. They are the two where the local customer on this coast actually is, and where a business gets asked questions. TikTok and LinkedIn we look at case by case: if your customer is not there, an open account with nothing on it takes credibility away rather than adding it.
Where the material comes from
1 · We come to your business
Once a month, at a time that does not clash with your service. An hour or two with a camera: the room, the product, the people, the things you stopped noticing years ago because you see them every day.
2 · We decide what to tell
From what is actually happening: a new dish, a refurbishment, the quiet season, the thing customers always ask at the counter. Not from a calendar of international days.
3 · Editing and design
Cut, graded and laid out here, in the formats each network wants. The stories come out of the same session, which is why they do not cost extra.
4 · Publish and watch
We publish on the days and at the times your people are looking, and at the end of the month we tell you what worked and what we are changing.
Why filming at your place is the whole point
Anybody can run a social media account with stock photography and a monthly template. It costs almost nothing to produce and it looks exactly like the account of the business next door, because it often is the same template.
The one thing a competitor cannot copy is your premises, your team and your product. A photograph of your actual terrace at seven in the evening does more for a restaurant in Altea than twenty designed posts about the importance of good food.
That is why the monthly session is included in both packs and is not an extra. It is also why we work with a limited number of businesses at a time: the filming does not scale, and we would rather say no than turn the service into a template.
Social media in a seasonal town
On this coast most businesses live through a summer and survive a winter, and the instinct is to go quiet in January. It is the wrong instinct: an account that stops posting in October and wakes up in May reads as a business that closed.
What we do instead is change what we post rather than how often. In winter it is the work behind the scenes, the refurbishment, the staff, the reasons to book early. In summer it is what is on today. Same rhythm, different material, and the account arrives at June already warm.
If your business is genuinely seasonal and you would rather stop for a few months, you can: there is no tie-in. We will just tell you honestly what it costs you to restart from cold.
What we are not going to do with your accounts
What it costs
Social media sits inside three of the four packs: the Profile and social, 550 € + VAT a month, with Instagram and 8 posts; the Complete, 950 € + VAT a month, which adds Facebook and a monthly filming session at your premises; and the Pro, 1,500 € + VAT a month, with 12 posts, drone video and Meta Ads. All three include the stories, the design and the copy. In the 550 one you supply the material: the filming session starts with the Complete. It can also be taken on its own, without a pack.
Frequently asked questions about social media
How long does the monthly session take?
An hour or two, at a time that does not get in the way of your service. You do not have to be there the whole time, and we work around the business rather than the other way round.
Do you handle TikTok or LinkedIn?
We look at it case by case. If your customer is not there, an open account with nothing on it takes credibility away rather than adding it. For most local businesses on this coast the answer is Instagram and Facebook.
Can I see the posts before they go out?
Yes, if you want to. Some owners want to approve everything and some would rather not think about it. Both work, and you can change your mind.
What happens to the material if I leave?
It is yours. The photographs and the video we film at your business belong to you and you take them with you.
Do you answer in English and Spanish?
Yes, both, on comments and direct messages. That matters more than people think: a question left unanswered in either language is a customer lost.
Do you post every day?
No, and you should not want us to. We would rather publish 8, 10 or 12 good pieces a month than 30 fillers. The calendar is spread according to when your people are actually looking.
Do you do stories, or only posts?
Both. Stories are included in the Profile and social, the Complete and the Pro, and they do not count towards the 8, 10 or 12 posts: they come out of the material we film during the monthly session. We do not promise a fixed number because it depends on what is happening at your business that week.
Do I have to appear in the videos?
Only if you want to. Plenty of businesses work better showing the product, the kitchen or the team. It is your call and we will not push it.
Can I supply the photographs myself?
You can, and we will use them if they are good. From the Complete pack up we come once a month to film new material anyway, because that is what stops your account looking like a template.
Is paid advertising included?
Advertising is managed in the Complete (Google Ads) and the Pro (Google and Meta Ads), but the budget itself you pay directly to Google or Meta. We do not take a percentage of it.
Is there a tie-in?
No, on any pack. Month by month.
What else we do
Each service has its own page, with what it includes and what it costs.
