What we are not going to do

Four promises that cost us work, and keep the ones that stay.

We are not going to promise you first place on GoogleNobody can promise that. Anyone who does is selling you smoke, and they usually charge extra for it. What we show you instead is how many calls and route requests came out of your listing, in the listing’s own panel.

We are not going to tie you inNo minimum term in any of the four packs. Month by month. If it stops working for you, you stop, and nothing happens.

We are not going to send you a forty-page reportBecause nobody reads a forty-page report, least of all on a Thursday at nine at night. You get the numbers that changed and one sentence saying what we are doing next.

We are not going to hide the price until you get on a callThey are on the prices page: 150, 550, 950 and 1,500 € a month plus IVA, and websites from 600 € as a one-off. If that is too much, better you know now than after an hour of meetings.

Three habits you can check right now, without calling us.

«Marketing sin complejos» is the line we put on the door. In Spanish it means marketing without the hang-ups: without the jargon, without the theatre, and without pretending that what we do is more mysterious than it is.

In practice it comes down to three habits. We publish the price, because an agency that hides it is usually hiding something else too. We say no when the honest answer is that you do not need what you were about to buy. And we explain what we did in words you can repeat to somebody else, which is the real test of whether an explanation was any good.

Altea SEO is in Altea. Ten years in marketing and sales, five of them in digital, and the certificates there for you to check. When you call, you get the person who runs your account, and seeing you at your own premises does not take a trip.

We are in Altea and we work in Spanish and English, which on this coast is not a small detail.

Altea

Restaurants, galleries and services in the old town. We run the Google listing and the local SEO of businesses ten minutes from our door.

Albir and l’Alfàs

Half the town holds a foreign passport. If your website does not speak their language, they find you and leave.

Calpe

High season and dead season, and seven nationalities above a thousand residents. We work the positioning so you do not depend on July and August alone.

Moraira

One in six residents is British. They search in English and they decide on the reviews.

Benidorm

The hardest competition on this coast, and the largest number of foreign residents: 26,862.

La Nucía and Polop

Much of both towns lives in urbanisations, which changes the map Google shows your customer.

Villajoyosa

Ukrainian, Romanian and Moroccan rather than British. The opposite profile to Moraira, and softer competition.

Dénia

A small city rather than a village: more trades, more competition and more search volume to go round.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work in English?

Yes. We write Spanish and English ourselves, and everything here — the meetings, the reports, the messages — can be in English. If your customers are mainly Dutch, Belgian or German we can work in those languages too, with a translator who speaks them rather than an automatic tool.

How much does it cost to get found on Google?

From 150 € + VAT a month, which is the Profile pack: your Google listing managed, reviews and a monthly report. For a lot of local businesses on this coast that is all they need. The larger packs are 950 € and 1,500 € + VAT a month.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. None of the four packs has a tie-in. You pay month by month and you can stop whenever you want. We would rather you stayed because it works.

Do I have to pay for the advertising on top?

Yes, and you pay it directly to Google or Meta, not to us. The account is yours, the card is yours and the history stays with you if you ever leave. We do not take a percentage of your ad spend.

How long before I see something?

On the Google listing, usually within weeks: it is the fastest part to move. A new website plus positioning takes months. Anybody who gives you a precise date is guessing.

Who am I actually dealing with?

A small agency in Altea. The person who answers the phone is the person doing the work — there is no account manager in between. You can read the reviews on our Google listing before you decide anything.
